The Sims 4 Custom Content Download: Introducing the Coastal Collection

As we welcome the new year, I am thrilled to share with you the first installment of my latest custom content project, the Coastal Collection. After dedicating an entire month to bring this set to life, I am excited to introduce you to a collection that boasts a unique blend of outdoor furniture, decorative items, and functional pieces.

The Highlights

This initial release includes a range of exciting features, including:

* Outdoor Seating: A comfortable sofa, loveseat, and armchair combination perfect for your Sims' relaxation

* Exterior Trim: Customizable trim pieces to add a touch of elegance to your Coastal-inspired homes

* Chippendale Fence: A charming fence design available in various tile sizes, posts, and stair railings

Where to Find the Items

You can locate most of these items by searching for 'COASTAL' in the Build-Buy (BB) catalogue. However, be sure to note that the column and 2 wallpapers are not included in this initial release.

Pack Requirements

Some items within this set do require specific packs to function fully. For instance, the Fire Pit requires the Outdoor Retreat pack for full functionality, while the Playhouse is compatible with Dream Home Decorator.

The Coastal Sand Pit

One of my personal favorites from this collection is the sand pit, which can be painted onto the terrain using the Island Living EP or Base Game. This feature allows you to create a functional sand pit that can be placed anywhere in your Sim's world. Alternatively, it makes for a beautiful decorative piece perfect for storytelling.

As I look back on this labor of love, I am thrilled with the end result and the joy it brings to the Sims 4 community. The Coastal Collection is a one-of-a-kind project that will never be repeated, making every effort worthwhile.
